V-sign Industrial High Speed Cold Storage Door is a type of fast rolling door specifically for freezing warehouse and conservation storage rooms that helps to avoid the loss of cold generated by the work of entering and leaving the rooms and also contributes to the energy savings of the room.

1) Rollup High speed frozen door;

2) Zipper High speed frozen door.

1) 3layers curtians 0 ℃ to 10 ℃ ;

a. Motor & controller: self-heating function motor,0.75KW/50HZ/220V/50HZ ,1phase ,3phase, LED screen IP56 controller.

b. Curtian: 3 layers of insulation cotton and 5mm aluminum foil reflective film, double 0.8mm PVC curtain ,overall 8mm, curtain is heated to prevent frosting.

c. Door body: stainless steel 304 frames, Or HDG powder painted RAL.

d. Working temperature: 0 ℃ to 10 ℃.

e. Sensors: photocells, loop motion detector, safety bottom sensor,magnetic detector.

f. Switchs: pull rope, manual button (3ways)

2) 5layers curtains minus 25 ℃  to 0 ℃

a. Motor & controller: self-heating function motor,0.75KW/50HZ/220V/50HZ ,1phase ,3phase, LED screen IP56 controller.

b. high cold resistant 5layers PVC with PU foam 3mm thick,

The thickness of 0.3mm double layer cold resistant mesh cloth middle insulation layer, curtain is heated to prevent frosting.

c. Door body: stainless steel 304 frames, Or HDG powder painted RAL.

d. Working temperature: 0 ℃ to 10 ℃.

e. Sensors: photocells, loop motion detector, safety bottom sensor,magnetic detector.

f. Switchs: pull rope, manual button (3ways)

5. Electric heating and dry condensate are installed on the track.
