Description:

V-sign Industrial fold up doors are high speed doors, designed for intensive daily use, specifically created in order to facilitate the swift and safe flow of both vehicles and individuals between the different working environments. This important and advantageous characteristic comes from another fundamental aspect: thanks to our technology and the industrial self-braking three-phases electric geared motor, our doors ensure a fast vertical opening with a fold-up movement and theconsequential closure.

The gear motor and controls the action of the flexible curtain, made ofpolyester fabric covered by PVC and equipped with horizontal reinforcement barswhich provide a high level of resistance to wind load, weather conditions and excessive stress.

Technology:

PVC telescopic high speed doors are designed for intensive use, can reach big sizes and are very efficient.

The carrying structure is in galvanized steel bar ally aluminum tube with a wind proof PVC surface (it can resist up to 150hm/h and even more if requested by Customer). PVC telescopic high speed doors, are fast resistant and safe. Safety is also guaranteed in case of big size doors by safety edges inserted in the lower board panel of the fabric and by side photocells.

Control box: programmable electronic technology

Power supply: single phase 220 Volts or 380 Volts 3-phase.

Safety edge: in conformance with standard EN 12978

Opening-closing cycles EN 12604: Tested up to 1,000,000 cycles

Anti-tear, Class 2 PVC fabric, PANAMA type: total weight 900 gr/m2

Provided with special electro-welded side pockets carrying horizontal strengthening bars with noise reduction plugs.
