Technology:

1. Surface treatment of PVC curtain fabric: The surface of the curtain needs to be ironed first to make it as flat as possible. Considering that the raw material of PVC is granular, the required flatness cannot be guaranteed for PVC high-speed doors.

2. PVC curtain cutting: Put the flat PVC fabric into the working range of the intelligent cutting machine, and input the required shape and size description into the intelligent system, and then use high-precision equipment to automatically cut the fabric. One-step forming can ensure that the smoothness and dimensional error of the cutting edge are zero.

3. Installation of zipper or windproof strip: According to the speed door model, if it is a Fast PVC Self Repairing Door, install the zipper on both sides and add weight at the bottom of the sealing part of the PVC curtain. If we want to make ordinary PVC high-speed rolling doors, we will install the wind-proof strip in the design position.

4. Making the top shaft cover box: customize the width of the top shaft cover according to the actual door opening size, and customize the diameter according to the total height of the door; then bend and deform the steel plate through a bending machine. The top shaft cover box has two shape designs: semicircular and 45° angle. After finishing the painting process, install it on the axle box and pack it.

5. Control box debugging: select the motor according to the weight of the curtain cloth and the door opening speed required by the customer. The control box is connected with a switch button and an airbag.

6. Others: The zipper door is equipped with special track and zipper, which can be used in conjunction with each other. Infrared sensors are installed on both sides of the door frame, about 30cm from the ground.
