Description:

Busy factories and warehouses often have their loading bay doors permanently open due to the amount of traffic that passes through & the time it would take to keep opening & closing them. With the need to reduce energy costs being high on companies’ priorities, this is not an ideal scenario. One of the most effective ways to reduce this heat loss is by V-SIGN INDUSTRIAL  PVC speed door.

V-sign Industrial offer a wide range of speed doors starting at entry-level, internal use wind class 0 rolling up at 0.8m/s, increasing in specification and speed, up to wind class 4 and 1.5m/s respectively. "V-SIGN" different specifications & choice include both roll-up & fold up, allowing us to provide in excess of 108m².

Many of the doors can be externally fitted in front of the main loading bay door, or they can be installed behind.

Activation can be by push buttons, Induction loops, remote control fobs or radar, with auto-timed closing. They can also be integrated with existing access control systems.

Doors come with a transparent windows as standard, but in most cases, this can be eliminated if not required.
Usually operated on a 380v 3-phase motor, but some models have a single-phase option by servo motor.

All our curtains are made from self-extinguishing materials.
All doors have low-level obstruction protection to BS EN 12453:2001, this will either be by photocells & safety edge or by a light curtain.

Door curtains come in a selection of stock colours which may vary depending on the type of door.

A. Drive system: Drive dedicated motor power: 0.75-3KW; voltage 220V / 380V

B. Control system: The IP56 control box is compatible with commonly used protection equipment; the whole adopts PLC digital programming to realize the safe passage of personnel, vehicles and objects, and the manual joystick for parking is convenient to open or close.

C. Safety bottom, loop motion detector, radar, magnetic sensor or no touch scanning button.

D.Curtain: The segmented curtain is made of high-density polyester fiber (0.8mm/1.2mm/2.0mm/2.5mm thick option) and the transparent window is full-transparent PVC film (thickness 1.5mm)

E.Interlock function: Both doors connected with interlock
