Application of interlocking fast doors

Linkage interlocking type (two-door interlocking): It is mostly used for factory doors, workshop doors, and passage doors with high dust-free levels. The automatic opening of the fast rolling door can be completed by connecting an automatic trigger sensor device (such as radar, geomagnetic ring sensor, photoelectric sensor, etc.).

The geomagnetic ring is on: (when the control handle of the control box is turned to the automatic position). As long as there is a metal object passing through the induction area of the geomagnetic induction coil (such as vehicles or other equipment, people pushing and pulling metal cars, etc.), the door can be opened automatically. The sensitivity of the geomagnetic ring sensor is adjustable.

The door will not open when people pass through the geomagnetic induction area without carrying metal objects. When the control handle is in the manual gear position, the geomagnetic induction does not work. At this time, only the operation button, pull rope switch, etc. operate the opening and closing of the door.

Photoelectric induction opening: When people and vehicles pass through the area equipped with photoelectric induction, the control induction circuit receives the induction signal from the photoelectric and instructs the fast door to open.

Advantages: Fully automatic opening and closing without human operation (referring to when the control handle is in the automatic position)
