1, according to the design model, refer to the product manual and electrical schematic diagram. Check product surface treatment and zero accessories. Measure the basic dimensions of each part of the product. Check whether the door opening is consistent with the size of the rolling shutter door; The position and quantity of embedded parts of guide rail and bracket are correct. 

2. Measure the elevation of the mouth of the hole, and pop out two guide vertical lines and the center line of the drum. 

3. Weld the backing plate on the embedded iron plate, fix the left and right supports of the drum with screws, and install the drum. The drum should rotate flexibly after installation. 

4. Install the reducer and transmission system. 

5, Install electrical tether system

6. No-load test. 

7. Install the pre-assembled curtain plate on the drum. 

8, install guide rail. According to the position specified in the drawing, the two sides and the upper guide rail shall be welded firmly on the wall embedded parts, and welded into a body, each guide rail shall be on the same vertical plane. 

9. Install the water curtain sprinkler system and connect it with the general control system. 

10. Test run. First by hand to test operation, and then the electric motor open and close several times, adjusted to no jam, block and abnormal noise phenomenon. After all the debugging, install the shield. 

11. Install protective cover. The cover on the reel can be made into a square or a semicircle. The size of the cover should be compatible with the width of the door and the diameter of the door strip after rolling up. Ensure that the drum will keep a certain distance from the cover after rolling up the door strip plate, and shall not collide with each other. After checking without error, it shall be welded firmly with the embedded parts of the cover. 

12. Paint or insert guide rail wall decorative surface layer to complete installation and debugging.
