The core component of a fast door is the drive system, which usually includes a motor, a reducer, and a chain or belt drive. The motor starts after receiving instructions from the control system and transmits power to the reducer, which then converts this power into a suitable speed and torque output, driving the door curtain up and down through a chain or belt. The selection and configuration of the motor is determined according to the size, weight and frequency requirements of the door to ensure its efficient and stable operation. The control system is the "nerve center" of the fast door, responsible for receiving various signals and controlling the opening and closing operations of the door. High Speed Doors are usually includes a PLC (programmable logic controller), a frequency converter, and various sensors. The PLC controls the start, stop, and running speed of the motor according to the preset program and real-time input signals. The frequency converter adjusts the running speed of the motor to achieve a smooth opening and closing process and reduce mechanical shock and noise.
