Regarding the installation of electric garage doors, many people may not know it, and they will not be better protected. If you know its installation procedures, then you will better maintain it. Garage doors are widely used in life, most of which are automatic garage doors or remote control garage doors.
1. The installation of the track
Determine the fixed position of the two tracks according to the width and height of the door panel and measure the level with a horizontal pipe, and then fix it with M8×41mm lag screws. Use a tape measure to measure the distance between the horizontal rail and the wall and between the two horizontal rails. Use a level ruler to measure the level of the horizontal rail. Then use M6.4×14mm cap screws and hexagonal nuts to connect the horizontal rail connector to the horizontal rail. It is fixedly connected to the track. Two tripods are made of angled steel with eyes, and then connected to the end of the horizontal rail with M6.4×14mm cap screws and nuts, and fixed to the ceiling or wall with M8×70mm expansion bolts.
2. Installation of torsion spring
Put the torsion spring center bracket, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange, torsion spring matching the weight of the door body, locking flange, winding wheel, and bearing bracket on the galvanized steel pipe in order (distinguish the left and right sides), and Pay attention to whether the components are installed correctly. Use M8×41mm lag screws to fix the center bracket of the torsion spring to the short wooden board in the middle of the upper part of the hole, and pay attention to avoid the installation position of the chain box. Use M8×40mm bolts to connect the torsion spring center bracket, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange and torsion spring, and then connect the torsion spring to the locking flange. Then connect the lower end of the bearing bracket to the horizontal rail connector with M9.5×19mm cap screws and nuts, and fix the upper end of the bearing bracket to the side wood frame with M8×41mm lag screws.
3. Installation of the door panel
Put the bottom sealing strip on the bottom of the bottom door panel, and use M4×16mm or M6.4×16mm self-tapping screws to fix it to the door panel from the back. Place the bottom wheel brackets on both sides of the door panel near the bottom sealing strip, and place the 1# hinges on the top left, middle and right three positions on the top of the door panel (the width is less than 10 feet, the middle position is one; the width is 10 feet To 14 feet, the middle position is two; the width is 15 feet to 18 feet, the middle position is three), and they are fixed with M6.4×16mm self-tapping screws. Then coat the roller with glycerin and pass it into the bottom wheel bracket and 1# folding, and put the door panel on the erected track and make it level. Fix 2# folds, 3# folds, 4# folds, and top wheel brackets to the left and right positions on the top of each door panel in sequence, and use 1# folds to connect the middle positions of each door panel. Put each door panel on the erected track in order, and connect the hinges with each door panel with M6.4×16mm self-tapping nails, so that the door panels are combined into one.
4. The upper strength of the torsion spring
Put one end of the wire rope with loop on the hook shaft of the bottom wheel support. Tighten the torsion spring according to the prescribed strain gauge, not more than or less than half a circle of the prescribed number of turns, pin the steel rod, hang the other end of the wire rope on the reel, tighten the wire rope, lock the reel, and then Lock the locking flange and remove the pinned steel bar. This process is extremely dangerous, and you must pay attention to safety, not only to protect yourself, but also to avoid hurting others.
5. Adjustment
Lift the door several times by hand, observe whether the door is running smoothly and whether the strength of the torsion spring is appropriate, then make specific adjustments and tighten the screws of each connection part.
6. Installation of the motor
Connect and fix the chain box with the motor. Fix the U-shaped frame at the front end of the chain box to the wooden board above the center bracket of the torsion spring and center it to connect the chain box. The "∏" bracket is made of angled steel, the lower end is connected to the motor with M8, and the upper end is fixed to the ceiling with two M8×70mm expansion bolts. Use M6.4×16mm self-tapping screws to fix the hook base to the middle position on the top of the top door panel, and connect the hook. Connect the power supply, observe the operation of the motor, and adjust the up and down strokes.
7. Wiring
Use a white sheathed wire with a diameter of Φ1.0, lead from the electric switch terminal at the end of the motor, and route it along the motor hanger to a distance of 1.2 M from the ground on the left side of the hole. Nail a wire clip every 500 mm, and then connect it. Turn on the manual switch. The wiring should be horizontal and vertical, which is both beautiful and reasonable.
8. Installation of the handle
The handle should be installed on the bottom door panel, centered on the left and right, and the horizontal center line should be aligned with the bottom edge line of the square.
9. Installation of the lock
The keyhole must be opened with a special hole opener, which is opened at the center of the third door panel from bottom to top. When installing, the lock grooves are all downward, and the back cap must be tightened.
